I've been having the same issue. I've reported it to the dealer and they have just been giving me the runaround. I've read on that hyperblue FB group that we are in, that someone had this problem as well and their dealer replaced the wheels for them.

If you have a dealer that won't warranty this wheel problem, find another dealer, GM is buying these wheels back all over the place. The only reason that a dealer would not warranty the situation is he just doesn't want to do the paperwork. The only other reason I can think of is one that somewhat nefarious, these wheels will take an actual looksee by the field local rep… And that will cause a review of the current warranty situations the dealers is in. They may not want the rep looking there. It happens all the time.

one thing I did not see when going over many pages of this section . when its cold out ( unsure of temp but guessing about 38) the rear defroster comes on at start up of the car .

love going through this section learned a few things , saw many I knew still need to learn a lot about the radio

I think if you dive deep in the cars settings (radio) there is a button that says auto defrost (or something like that) I just turned mine to "off". maybe it goes by ambient temp.

I live in FL, so I guess that'll never happen here.

yeah I quoted SUB in regards to this. Its deep with in the radio (vehicles settings) and I believe its driven off the ambient temp. but you can go into the settings and turn that feature off. I did.

Good to know as well. I noticed with the weather colder it starts turning on when i remote start it. I have to fiddle with the settings and turn it off.

If you have it set to auto defrost it will turn the defrosters on automatically with remote start when the exterior temp is below 45

The problem with this world is stupidity.
I'm not saying there should be penalties for stupidity,
but why don't we just take the warning labels off everything and let the problem solve itself.

Six months in and still in "discovery" mode. The one thing I was not hip to was the drive by wire and the throttle lag. My salesman claimed it was from the car sitting on the lot and not being driven. Purchased a Pedal Box controller, going in soon. Miss not having a CD player. This music on a memory stick is not for me.

So I didn't want to create a thread about this. I have a 1SS, manual non mrc and when I drive the car in competitive driving mode it seems that the car is so much smoother. I feel like the tip in dead spot is gone. It may just be me knowing that the driver assists are off. Anyone have a similar experience or info? I know that in sport/track the steering is heavier and the throttle mapping is crisper. Just curious on opinions.
Also if this had been answered I apologize.
