I would concur with everything you've said.
This is a good point that nobody really mentioned before in this particular thread... it definitely is much louder outside of the car. When I rev mine with the door open in the garage it hurts my ears, but on the inside it's very tolerable. Quote:

when i bought my Borla System I was worried I spent too much money. After 2000 miles on the system myself I know that I made the right purchase. The sound is perfect. 11924 + 60609 here.

So there aren't any O2 sensors or anything in the secondary cats? Just pull them, replace with cat delete option plus cat back S Type and your good to go? This is what I want to do very, very soon. I'm just trying to research everything thoroughly so I don't run into any CEL problems.

There's no welding involved in any of the Borla midpipe or axleback systems. And yes 60606 is the correct mid pipes for the secondary cat delete with no AFM, here's the install instructions and diagrams for all of the mid pipe options:

You may be mixing up the numbers.
60606 mid-pipes & secondary cat-delete / no AFM 60607 mid-pipes no cat-delete / no AFM 60609 mid-pipes & secondary cat-delete / with AFM 60610 mid-pipes & secondary cat-delete / with AFM The ones with the secondary cat deletes (60606 & 60609) the left side slides over (lap joint) and the right side flanges up to the primary cat. The ones with no secondary cat delete slides over on both sides with lap joints and then you throw a clamp over them. Check out Page 2 & 3 for the diagrams, it'll make more sense. Page 2 are the two non-AFM mid-pipes, Page 3 are the two with AFM mid-pipes. Quote:
