Never underestimate a Viper. And this last Gen (5) was the most powerful of all so far, especially the ACR version.

Are there other quicker/faster cars out there? Sure. But they don't have the dark soul of a Viper. I'm just sayin'...

For the record...I'd never question the last gen Vipers' performance figures. Very impressive car.

Haha We wish it would weight that much. Someone said may be 2576cc for blower size or 2.6 liters blower.

Current blower is 2.4L....if this guess is true (most likely application for the number)...then this thing isn't going to have an earth-shattering increase in power...that's about 8% more capacity at the supercharger...

Yeah I'm thinking maybe 760hp tops.

Unless then meddle with the rest of the engine, too. Should be interesting to watch.

I also don't understand the tires up front......why DRs up front? Why that size? Simply to rotate? It would seem to me that they could get an extra 5 hundredths to a tenth if they had smaller, lighter wheels up front.

Exactly my thinking. We all know more tire equals more rolling resistance. Doesn't make sense to put DR's up front. Maybe these DR's will be optional?
