I really liked the transmission shift firmness settings. The Challenger's Nag5 was very very slow like a Mercedes slow... Oh wait it was a Mercedes trans. Wow Knock with 93 Can't see your mods, we are dealing with false knock on some exhaust....

I have stock NPP exhaust with the fuse pulled. Once I get some better logs I will have a clearer picture. 2.5 degrees of ST Knock isn't a major concern anyway. I am going to log the stock tune and see if I get any KR there. On my Ram 5.7L I had the same issue. It went away once I installed a Catch Can. |

Oil mist from the PCV system can make its way inside the intake and contaminate the air/fuel mixture. When oil is present, this will reduce the knock resistance of your fuel and will make your vehicle prone to pull timing because of knock retard. Many people have reduced KR by adding a catch can to their vehicle. |

I used the first generation Intune on my Gen 5 SS and ZL1. I liked it. I think for the money, its a good deal.I`m very interested in your results.I am not very good with the computer, so it was simple for me to use. |

With any of these tunes, Would I be able to turn off AFM, adjusted the TCM for firmer shifts, and adjust throttle sensitivity without loading the tune? I am leery about dealing with engine knock and having to add a catch can. Would I also be able to turn off the sound management from the hand held?

Diablosport units are the ones that can skip the flash counter right? So whether it you install a mild tune while getting those benefits shouldn't matter to Driski, correct?

AFAIK, even adjusting the tire size changes the flash count. I had it on my Challenger. Can't see why it won't change the flash count.

We currently have zero KR in the FL heat using NPP (no fuse pull). We have some heat control done like NGK TR7 plugs, and we were scanned and tuned with a wide band and exhaust sensor. The car also had 12K miles when tuned for flex fuel.

Diablosport tuning for 16 SS

Diablosport claims their method does not leave a trace as long as the stock tune is flashed back to the ECM before going to the dealer. It isn't detected by the flash counter either. Diablosport has made this claim for a long time now. The flash counter records the last 10 calibration codes flashed into the computer. But the Diablo software does not change any of the calibration codes in the cvn checksum so the count doesn't change. They also claim you can leave their tune on the car and a tech wouldn't be able to tell the difference. The tech would have to send it to an engineer to spot it was a custom tune using DS flasher. I have yet to find any evidence of someone having their warranty voided due to a DS flasher being discovered. Do some research, if you find anything that proves otherwise please let me know. Also Tim @EFI says this is possible. Hp tuners has the capability to do it, but they choose to not do use it for legal reasons. |

Have you returned to the stock tune yet to see if it goes away? I want to avoid a catch can for two reasons, one is I understand it will instantly void the warrantee and second is there is no mod for the bracket to fit on vert (tower brace is in the way). I know, a lot of questions...
