Here it is. These things are priceless. https://www.amazon.com/Flexible-Claw.../dp/B000RB7AGY
Doesn't everyone have one of those? I have 1 at home and I think 4-5 at the shop. Usually 4 prongs though. Also get one with just a magnetic end, makes life so much easier when you drop a nut/bolt into the door. Blind fishing is fun.

In the early days of cars people would often pay a mechanic to ride with them and keep spare parts on board because cars broke down so much....... that was in like 1900.

It's 2016. Your Camaro is just slightly more reliable.

Do not be offended when people laugh at you. Frankly you're hilarious!!

I'd hate to have to slam hard on the brakes and have to listen to all those spare parts banging around in the trunk

On my Gen 4, I sometimes carry an extra ECM, MAF, EGR, Smog parts, distributor, coil, water pump, heater hoses and gaskets. On the Gen 6 fortunately some of these parts are not used. Do you know where the Crank Sensor is on the new LT1? It is on the block, ride side. So where are the Single Point of Failures and how can they be eliminated? Come on Chev engineers, you can do better than all the crappy coolant plastic parts on an SS! I will replace them with metal parts and they will never fail.
Is this a serious post?

I have a spare LT1 in my S10 beater that I can call the gf to deliver in case I break down somewhere. I got the install down to about 54.22 mins.

The new Camaro comes with a bumper to bumper warranty and roadside assistance. No need to stock spare fuel pumps, injectors, gaskets, starters, alternators, batteries, radiator caps, water pumps, timing chains, power steering racks, compressors, evaporators, etc.

That Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) is way more impressive than gear slammer's .

Sometimes a thread comes up that's so stupid it's hilarious.

I've seen threads like this go for 20 pages. People could write sit coms on the stuff I've read over the dumbest topics.
