I've not heard exactly how limited the 50th package is going to be but I know it's limited.

I'm guessing they will do like past special editions. So many than done with little to no notice.

No, there are no options (to speak of) because the only SS model that is available is the 2SS w/ MR/NPP (at least for the 50th - regular SS the MR/NPP is optional, but 2SS none the less)

Sorry for the late response.. I was OUT until noon, and went on a nice long drive to get familiar with the driving dynamics of the car.
So here it goes;

First of all, I'd like to thank Becky for everything.
Not only she gave me the best deal and financing, but the whole purchasing experience was the most pleasurable one I've had in my life.

I appreciate Becky and Joe @ Rodgers Chevrolet for being patient and picking me up from the airport, even after several flight delays.
They were kind enough to offer me dinner before I left.. and that was 9PM on a Friday night! I would've really felt bad had I taken more of their time.

Of course she was courteous to go over EVERY feature of the car including small details and touches I didn't know before, plus a killer deal on the dark tails!


As for the car, it's just amazing.
I LOVE pretty much everything about my 50th.
From the stout chassis, MRC to the heart-pounding LT1, there's nothing I do not like about it. (Maybe the Bose could use some help)

Maybe I was easy on the gas, but I noticed the 1>4 skip shift kicking in more than I anticipated.
CAGS delete harness would definitely be my next mod.
I set the steering to 'Sports', and everything else to auto(drive mode) and plan to leave it like that for a while... 'Track' steering seemed a little too heavy to the point where it felt almost artificial.
(Even a non-power steering NSX didn't feel that heavy)

It only took me 24 hours to put 600 miles on my car, so I'd expect the break-in to end pretty soon!
I can't wait till the next event or GTG to meet up with other members!
And I would be happy to take that rain check, Becky! lol

Now, let the mods begin!!!!

That's a genuine GM accessory and you can order them at your local dealer or buy them online at a cheaper price.
I got mine from Becky and had them installed before taking delivery.
I love how it really flows well with the NGM color.
