Here is a snapshot of the runs for each. You will see the commanded EQ (white) and the WB (green) lines. If the MAF output is not skewed they should sit on top of one another. The Rotofab intake did NOT upset the MAF calibration in any meaningful way. I am very impressed and to be honest did not expect this.

Rotofab did an EXCELLENT job keeping the MAF from getting screwed up. The vertical cursor is where COT kicked in.

Concrete information here and when paired with dyno results will be irrefutable. Thanks for this testing process Tim anxiously awaiting final overall results.

What about maf accuracy beneath the torque curve, where the system will spend most of its time? Great work!

The part throttle area looked really good. Nothing to really comment on there.

Awesome information and results. I am truly happy with my Roto-Fab intake. Can't wait for all the numbers to come out from you and Lethal to give us all the numbers from all the way around. I have had no reservation that this intake would produce gains for our Camaro with all the R&D they done and took their time to release till they got it right to their satisfaction and decided in the end to go with a bigger box and filter. Thank you for taking the time to do this and giving us all the information on what is going on.

So what is happening when CoT kicks in? Knowing CoT is kicking in on both stock runs and Roto-fab runs now, where on the dyno the stock runs were not seeing it kick in.

Either or, just wondering what is happening.

Doing a ton of runs today while I can. I want to make sure the car can cool and relearn the new systems. Unlike the dyno, I am doing 3 cold starts and drives and putting 30 miles between each system's install.

The threshold when COT turns on is a calculated temperature of 1697F. Above that temperature it will start to progressively add more fuel to cool the cats. It starts out very small so impact is of really no consequence on a street blast.

I will be very curious to see your stock and Rotofab logs. I know you don't have a WB hooked up but I will be able to tell from the injector pulse widths if you are dumping extra fuel.

There so many acronyms now, it is almost like Greek. But I actually understood it all. LOL.
Thanks for the work. BTW 1 Kilo Pascal is .145 PSI which means one would expect about 1.1 percent HP improvement if flow / HP was directly related to more available air pressure at the TB or through the system / engine. I used 1 PSI worth 8% HP gain, which is on the high side of the forced induction expectations. I figure the gain we are seeing is not only a increase in flow but a reduction in pumping losses and an increase in air quality in terms of smoothness.

Tsloper, thanks for taking the time to data log and provide your analysis on our system. I'm sure many of the forum members appreciate the results from third party testing - especially from someone recognized as being very knowledgeable in the field.
We strive to create the best product we can and it's nice to see our efforts are noticed. One of the interesting aspects of this business is the majority of our time and efforts are spent on the things our average customer never sees! However, these are the things which ensure good performance while operating within safe parameters for the vehicle.

I installed mine and did some dyno runs with the same issue as the others. I will say that I definitely feel a SOTP difference on the street and I think the sound delete makes the car sound so much more natural overall. I'm very happy with my purchase and wouldn't consider going back!
