Sorry to crash this thread . But we have similar builds. Welcome to the BVM club! Be prepared for a LOT of comments on the exterior/interior color combo. Congrats!

I guess that's not really a shocker. I just hope this works out to be a blessing and not something where I regret buying the car #faith.

It certainly is detracting from the whole ordering my first car (and first American car at that) experience.

Thanks! I bet the interior is even nicer looking with the leather that you have. I tend to prefer the cloth for the feel, but Chevy did a great job with the leather work on this car.

Did you get the blade spoiler? I have to think a BVM color with the blade spoiler will be a rare car since there was only a two week period you could order the blade in 2016, and the BVM color goes away for 2017.

The leather looks fantastic in Ash Grey, I'll try to post some photos of it soon. Quite soft and comfortable as well. As for the spoiler, mine has the stock factory one, I like the look of it to be honest .

We are indeed in rare cars with BVM being discontinued. Highly recommend a clear bra like Xpel or 3m to keep those nasty rock chips off our paint.

Well since refreshed my vehicle status it has .4 gallons less gas and I think another mile....16 days built and still at the plant. I know, I know

That's actually been me since I got my car on Wednesday. It came with four miles on it, and I have over 500 miles on it already, in roughly 48 hours. Trust me, be patient, it's worth the wait.

What you said about getting the car right may be true. I heard the there were possibly a hand full of A8 cars that had torque converters installed that weren't machined properly so they probably held mine to check it. Hopefully it will leave early next week.
