I see everyone ripping the cars before they hit 1500 miles. Aren't we suppose to NOT do that?

Interesting, it appears as though we made a mistake within our tech specs. The manifold does not require removal for installation. In fact, the process for installing this catch can system is probably one of the easiest out of all the kits we offer. Sorry about the confusion, this will be removed from our specs today.

According to GM, 1500 miles is the time-frame for the break-in process. That being said, many folks have varying opinions on the need for this. In our case, 95% of our mileage (which is around 1500 now) has been normal driving within the guidelines of the process. The other 5% included a few dyno pulls and some spirited back road driving. We do not anticipate this will negatively impact the integrity of our engine/transmission in terms of break-in.

Thanks
-John

Just ordered one myself as well. I'm going to have a huge pile of accessories to install when my car finally arrives.

Another video update! This time we take a look at the unique radiator and oil cooler system equipped on the LT1.

The transmission/differential cooler system is just as interesting. We will be covering these two components in our next segment!

Thanks for watching.
