If you have a GM card it's probably on the way.

Can you use it toward a lease? combining it with GM employee discount?

It is a great card if you like cars and buy GM cars fairly often. I have the older card where you get 5% with unlimited earnings, but are subject to vehicle allowances (usually $1000-$1500). The newer card has some more limits as previously mentioned. The best part are the yearly promotions where GM tops off the earnings or gives you bonus earnings.

Since getting the card in the 1990's, I have saved over $20,000 on new GM cars. One time, I bought a brand new Cobalt for $6000 out the door with topped off and bonus earnings. Hard to beat the benefit if you payoff your card every month.

You can only combine with Employee Pricing with the Extended Family card.

The only 2 GM cards earnings that works with GM Supplier and GM Employee Discounts is the GM Extended Family card or GM Business Card (both of which earn just 1 cent per dollar spent)

Same here.. Didn't receive mine (yet?!)

Wonder if those who received the mailer if they can see it on their online gmcard .com account too, or is it just in the mailer?

Not unless you have the GM Extended Family Card or GM Business Card

Where do you take this from? If I spend my full 15k credit limit in a month but don't pay it off (instead just pay the minimum payment), are you saying I won't get the earnings of this cycle posted at the end of the month because i didn't pay off the entire credit card?

I haven't received anything like a promotion in the mail yet, either.

If you start looking at regular monthly expenses that are payable on a credit card, it can add up fairly quickly. My electric, broadband, car insurance, etc are all payable with a CC. For gas and groceries, there are better cash back cards with better returns on those categories. I dislike the idea of rotating categories and always trying to keep current with what I should be using.

Someone on GMI got an insane offer, over $2k off. He's calling dealers right now just to see what he can get.

You probably don't need the flyer - just log into the GM rewards site. I did and it shows I'm getting $750 in bonus earnings.

Do you mean buypowercard.com? I looked there (gm card earning site) and it didn't show anything additional.

You only get points against what you pay against. So if you spend 100 bucks and pay $100 off in the billing cycle, you will get 5% or 2% of that back as points.like for that billing cycle.

If you pay $25 minimum payment, you get 5% or 2% of that $25 payment.
