Right on! I agree, the point wasn't whether the cop was injured, the kid acted like an ass by getting into a car the officer was already writing without even acknowledging the cop, and then trying to drive off. If you can afford a Ferrari, you can surely afford a ticket, unless of course the offender was involved in something else shady, too, and didn't want to be caught or identified.

No no i didn't miss it... I saw that someone put there foot under a moving car and what happend after that was only obvious. If he was going to get butt hurt for putting his foot under a moving car then why do it? It's not like the car had wings and was just going to fly over stopped traffic.

So if you were the cop what would you do in this situation?

The way you say that makes me feel like he was trying to go into a high speed pursuit. Looking at the cars around him and how they were all stopped i doubt the guy would of got far if he tried to escape. Also why would he unlock the door if he was "obviously trying to get away from the cops" He already ran over his foot might as well continue driving right?

INFORMATION UPDATE FOR ALL OF THOSE WHO DO NOT KNOW WHO THIS IS

http://www.wetpaint.com/network/vide...-ferrari-video

I honestly feel that the cop acted this way to give this kid a taste of reality. He is clearly a little rich shit who does not care about the law. Look how he tried to drive off, and once he got in trouble for parking on the cops foot and was asked to get out, yet he still resisted and fought back.

The cop probably knew this kind of individual, some rich fancy socialite who thinks they are above the law and can treat the world like some tv show stage or some other bs.

I'm not really sure how someone can watch this and take the side of the driver... I assume he is spoiled not because of the car he is driving, but the way in which he acts.

Has to be a troll... No one is this stupid.

My dog bit me once, broke skin and it actually didn't hurt until hours later because it was so deep and clean..... So by your logic every other dog bite in society doesn't hurt? Cop was justified in using more force than he did. He is not a punk because of his car... He is a punk because he doesn't respect another human being ... Cop or not

he unlocked the door to get in, and the cop didnt allow him to completely close the door. He didnt ignore the cop and get in the car, start it and put it in drive, to sit there and wait for the ticket. he was trying to get away.

From your previous comments, it sounds like you're sticking up for the kid.

I can just imagine on one of those Ferrari forums..a new thread titled... "My GF drove my 458 "

On a serious note, that guy got off easy.. Given the situation, I would have to say that they handled it very well.

Dogs? This has nothing to do with dogs my logic doesn't apply to everything in life. This is about a car driving over a foot. Not dogs and cats. Please try to look smart somewhere else because i could careless about dogs
