Interesting how some people think they can do anything when they have a 100,000+ car.

Exactly if you have the money for a Ferrari a parking ticket shouldn't be a big deal. Also this video proves to me that I in no way have the control to be a cop. That guy would had a lot more bumps and bruises

Yea, But the Cop should have never put his foot under the car, That was dumb on his part. Did you see traffic? where was he going to go?

i think that cop kinda asked for it.. he stepped in front of the car, saw the guy was going to drive, so why would you continue to stay there and put your foot under the wheel? you have his license plate so its not like you couldnt do anythign baout it if he drove off?

I think the hotel should end up paying the ticket as favor to the driver, but the cop was being stubborn placing his foot under the wheels. I would also say that's roght on the line of unnecessary force as well. |

In my own mind the guy deserved it. If a cop is righting you a ticket is it ok to drive off? Or would you get another ticket for leaving? You should have stayed taken the ticket and be done with it. If you wanna fight the ticket then do it in court

Did not see that about the valet. But regardless don't try and leave. Explain to the officer if he still gives you the ticket give it to the hotel simple. Don't run over the cop for doing his job

The guy in the Ferrari looks like a little bitch, good thing he’s got a fast car, because if he ever pisses anyone off and they caught up to him…. He’d probably be dead. Just sayin

Guys, if the policeman tells you to stop, you stop. If you don't like that, well OK, but you're supposed to stop. That's your choice to disobey on moral grounds or whatever, but you are supposed to stop when he says 'stop'. I believe you'll find that you're supposed to obey that order.
Also, I don't care if the policeman stepped in front of the car. The driver knew he was brushing up against the policeman. he knew it. You can't tell me he didn't. The driver made his choice, and that was to intimidate the cop with his car. That is assaulting a police officer, and if it were you or me, that would be assault on you or me. The driver can't bully pedestrians with his car if he feels like it. That's not OK. If you think that the driver was treated roughly, the only thing I see wrong is the unprofessional manner of the policeman in cursing so loudly and then slamming his fist on the window. That reflects poorly on his department. The ticket has nothing to do with the driver's actions starting with the order to stop the vehicle. I think people will see bully-boy cops picking on somebody. I see a man who threatened the wrong pedestrian with an automobile, which is actually a deadly weapon.
