I don't care if it wins or loses by tenths of a second. I like the Camaro MOUNTAINS better than the Mustang. In terms of exterior, and interior.

What does that matter the whole point was to show that they also tested one with similar numbers. I dont have a hard time excepting that the Camaro and Mustang are pretty darn equal in the quarter mile times but some of you fanboys cant except it.

I definitely don't think you're a fanboy; you like the Mustang and want it to do better than the SS, but you're not going to whine and make excuses, which is far from fanboy in my books.

The reason same day testing matters is simply because the conditions during one day may result in better times.

I think posts like this are more what some of the gloating from C5 members is coming from:

I think we can agree the performance numbers are almost identically the same at nearly the same price. Drivers are the only play in who would win. Its a matter of what the buyer wants/prefers. I can just appreciate any modern American Muscle leading the way. I will still turn my head for both.

Why is it that everyone claims the mustang interior is nicer? I can't figure that out. If the see squshy foam and some aluminum trim bits and think a couple bits with different materials means it's better then so be it... I think the Camaro's interior is much cooler looking and better functionally. The mustang interior toally loses me with that tombstone looking center stack and the jules-verne looking instrument faces.

White on black numerals also if a win for Camaro.
