Going to get car from wisher RN. It’s working well his kit is holding with room to spare on full e85.

He did say my dsx aux /low side started to dip slightly at very end of pull. But he also has it rich for safety. It’s the kit with the larger 320 pump.

I may have overshot on hp range it’s making 15-16 lbs with the 2650. Heads ended up getting ported by katech, gpi cam , 11.5 compression . And if it’s taxing the aux I’m guessing it’s over 850 idk ?

I did custom larger pulleys on upper and lower for better belt grip. 10.32 lower 3.85 upper. According to the calculator that is 18,200 blower rpm At 6800 rpm.

Anyways just thought I’d update all is good so far

Great combo! Excited to hear your numbers. Did you upgrade to the LT5 tensioner? Just remember, larger pulleys also mean less PSI of belt tension, which is why the LT5 tensioner is so helpful on larger lower pulleys.

Put a JMS on the in tank pump. That will make it hold solid. I run the DSX aux with a JMS on the factory LT4 pump and mine was holding great back when it made 864 on full E with the ported stock blower. Now it’s on E60 and the high side is out with the 2650. Low side still holding strong. Adding the wisher port next on both cars since I broke the shaft off the belt driven pump on my C7Z.

Thanks. Definitely sounds like a decent idea I think I’ve heard that in the past

He did tell me he had the tune pretty rich on that pull and he thinks that when its dialed it may not drop at all.

Following this closely.

I’m in a very similar spot on my LT4 2650 setup, currently around E50 - E55, 9.45 lower, 90mm upper, and seeing about 16 psi. DSX dual in-tank setup is holding good pressure so far, but the high side is basically at its limit already.

The Wisher aux injection looks like exactly what’s needed to safely bridge that last gap without completely reworking the fuel system. I’m planning to order the kit as soon as it’s available.

Goal is full E85 capability and supporting an 80–85mm upper pulley. 1000whp territory is the target.

Looking forward to seeing more results as these kits get out in the wild.

That’s almost the exact same blower speed as mine

He said his kit was only at 60%.

I have asked a couple people about combos and just wanted a few more opinions before i buy the kit.

Im doing the 10 rib kit with lt5 tensioner.

I was told to go with the 9.2 15% lower and 85 mm 6% upper. To get me around ~17 lbs and ~850 rwhp range

-Magnuson 2650
-Stock lt1 heads with lt4 gaskets
-Built short block with 11.5 compression
-stage 2 cam (dont know specs atm but its medium size still can use stock TC, 6800 or so shift points)
- full catless exhaust with 2 inch headers
-103 tb and 5 inch intake
-full e85 all DI

Like i said just looking for the pulley combo to be 850 rwhp range on full e85. Can do more on a mix etc but i think that should be plenty for now. Raceweight will be 35-3600 with driver after adding blower components. Car was under 3400 with driver NA.

thanks for the insight
It doesn't take 17 lbs of boost to make 850 RWHP we do it on 13 PSI all the time.

Our Terminator ZL1 package does that on 93 octane pump gas.

With a built engine on E85 you will be in the 1000 RWHP range if everything is right at 17 psi

Excited to here how you make out with the Wisher Aux system.
