I know a performance shops should know....but have you tried a "bigger name" performance shop? I know RPM motorsports is in NC. I love their videos so id think they would have seen this before. May take more tuning/reading graphs to figure it out.
Past that, I hope it gets figured out for you and post a reply when it does im really curious. |

Will most likely have to try another shop as you said. I will definitely update once it's figured out.

Been trying to do my own testing in the meantime, and was wondering if someone could give me their thoughts on this. I logged some hard driving with my scan tool and noticed that when at WOT the pedal position is hitting 100%, but the absolute max the throttle is seeing is 75% for a second but most of the time it was sitting at 65 like in this screenshot. The bypass solenoid is also at 95% the entire time I am driving the car. When I test the solenoid with my scan tool, it opens and closes correctly and even closes when I rev in neutral. Seems like both the throttle and bypass are being restricted by the car for some reason? IATs are all good.

When I do the actuator test on the throttle, it is able to open from 1-100%, so I think the car is locked into limiting torque or something i just don't know why, and it's not throwing codes for some damn reason.

Man, I really wish I (or anyone on here) had the answer for you. This is really weird. You ever call RPM? I wonder if they would have some ideas for you .

The belt was replaced by the shop I initially had looking at it, not because they thought it was a problem, but because they damaged it when they took it off. They did check all of the pulleys and said they all look great and they see no signs of belt slip (car has 17k miles).

Car is going to RPM on the 26th, so fingers crossed they can fix it. I took it to a Chevy dealer in the meantime, they drove it and told me the car is fine, and the boost gauge on the dash just isn't very accurate from the factory, so that was completely useless lmao.
