I have a 2018 Zl1 with 60k on the clock that had the same issue, ended up being a bad lifter #2 cylinder exhaust lifter and it made no noise.

JustDo1nMe & Haeatt_ZL1 - Did you have the same P0300 code as the OP or a different code? Reason I ask, I had P0300 (Random Multi Cylinder Misfire) happen twice since owning my car. Soon, I'm having my car mod'ed again, getting CAM, heads and a few other things. So, if I was experiencing a bad lifter that was causing the issues. I think this would solve future issues related to those specific factory parts since they are being replaced.

My 2020 ZL11LE just did this for the second time in 10,000 miles. I went wide open throttle for a couple of gears and got the flashing light that went off in about 30-40 seconds. Both times the car had been sitting for about a week. First time the dealer said it was probably due to low voltage. Now the car is at 41,000 and I’m thinking of replacing the plugs early to play it safe. I’m also going to toss in a can of BG44K DI cleaner. Crazy that the dealer wants $1100 replace the plugs and $983 for the coils. I’ve done plugs and coil packs on other cars myself so 2k sounds insane. Removing the coolant reservoir isn’t the end of the world and I know the passenger side rear cylinder is harder to get to so I might pay to have the plugs and wires done but I’m pretty sure my 13 yr old could replace 8 coil packs.
Anyway, I charged the battery, going to add some BG44k to the fuel tank, and will look into replacing the plugs early. Any tips on doing that passenger side rear plug ? Small ratchet? Large? Extension ? Thanks in advance

I'd buy the plugs and film me changing them in their parking lot, then walk back into service to tell them to go Fvck themselves, I hope they go out of business and post it on the internet.

Dont forget that knock sensors will cause flashing check engine lights too. Flashing check engine light is a failure that is destroying the catalytic converter. Not just a misfire. If your at high boost and your fuel quality isn't up for it then you could get a pinging situation that you could probably see in your spark knock data.
