Appreciate all the positive comments and feedback....thank you very much. We spent months refining this product and purposely waited to release it till I knew it was ready for primetime so to speak. Also I felt the need to clarify what's posted above by "bishopts" whom I obviously quoted (factual representation is important). The blade is the same size as OEM.....l apply a unique brushed finish to it for a really nice aesthetic and obviously engrave my logo in there, but barring that it's simply an 87mm OEM blade. What's massively different is the shape of the inside of the housing bore which is completely reconfigured and streamlined with the help of a VF4 Haas machine and a program I designed by hand first and then we digitized and created a CNC program for it. That said it flows like a much larger TB picking up about 200 CFM over stock (a 23% increase!).....all of this accomplished with the same size outlet so airspeed is massively increased as well. Its the winning formula....alot more air volume and alot more airspeed.....a super efficient part from a part that started out as the worst designed OEM TB GM ever made (with the possible exception of the 97' OEM LS1 TB which is almost 3 decades old now!). Just go check out this thread below if you haven't seen it yet....I provide pictures and all the documentation as well as what to expect regarding gains etc. I just built over 40 of these and shipped all my backorders (hence the reason a few of you have yours arriving Monday). Still have a couple of dozen left in inventory if any of you aren't the patient type and want something to ship right away. But please....if you haven't seen this thread yet its extremely informative with excellent photos to show you what I have been trying to describe here https://www.camaro6.com/forums/showthread.php?t=635224 Also....if you have some time and want to know a little more about my background as well as a bunch of information regarding what is essentially the same TB check out the YouTube video linked below (this "interview" was mainly about my porting of the C8Z06 TB's which is the EXACT same design as the LT1, LT2 and LT4 design). The only thing different with the C8Z06 TB is the electrical plug points forward instead of out the side like the TB's installed on the Camaros and most other late model Corvettes. This is an informative video if you have the time to invest and want to learn some more https://youtu.be/zciHkci7LUo Cheers, Tony PS...I welcome you guys reaching out to me directly if you have any questions about the product.....my personal cell/work phone is 661-714-1317.....Merry Xmas!! Almost every day I keep telling myself, "Don't go there. Just don't even look", but nooo, I gotta open the Camaro site and there's sumthin' there I need that I didn't even know I needed!" But then I realize I really, really do!

@Tony
That's a very unique approach you took with the design. I didn't realize how steep the stepup is inside the oem throttle body. Maintaining the stock plate size but increasing the velocity builds a very solid foundation for gaining in performance without having to sacrifice anything for it. My car came slightly modded when i got it. So this will be my first mod. Merry Christmas |

![]() Anyone installing this TB themselves needs to take a good look at what they are removing compared to what I sent them. It's night and day....our version of this TB looks (and works) like a completely different part. OK....wasn't planning on doing this but Im going to offer you Camaro 6 members a Xmas sale thru Sunday night 12/28 $400 shipped (add tax if you live in CA) with one caveat. I would like you to share your thoughts about the product and its performance on this board. You can start your own thread or piggyback off an existing one....either works for me. Sharing your results via any other social media (FB, IG etc.) is obviously really appreciated as well. Trying to get the word out.....best way to do that is get more of these installed on your vehicles Cheers, Tony PS.....You will need to EMAIL ME DIRECTLY to get the discount. My website will still show my regular pricing. Email me and I will send you a paylink with the discounted price. Just mention you saw this post on the forum! My email is Tony@mamomotorsports.com |

Okay, signed up last night. I remember reading about the Mamo throttle bodies on here several years ago and it's always been in the back of my mind that this is one thing I need to do. I'm looking forward to installing this. And since I can drive it year round here in Texas, I'm sure we will have some top down cruising days.
Update: I already got a shipping notice. It's scheduled to go into the mail today. Wow, getting excited.

Email sent. I will be coupling this with flex fuel tune, drop in green filter, Corsa NPP double helix full catback with secondary cat delete. Will post before and after results (dyno and drag strip) next spring/summer since the car is stored for winter!
