Amazing stuff for an SBE !
10K Miles and it is still alive

How much RWHP approximately do the LTHeaders contribute? and do you still run with CATs, or did you remove them?
How much does the Cam contribute ?
Yep, he did it remotely. I had everything done at once, so I can't say exactly what each part would add horsepower wise. This was done with Gesi high flow cats. Without the cam and headers I would subtract 100+ horsepower, the cam gives you a more headroom by bleeding off a little dynamic compression as well.

Great. So without Cam + Headers you would be right around 610-620 R-WHP I guess. At 12 PSI Boost...

Stupid question maybe, but if you had the Cam installed, why not use the opportunity and drop in a set of forged rods & pistons?

I probably wouldn't be able to get away with 12 psi without the cam. That would've been the time to do it, just wasn't quite in the budget back then.

Understood.
In any case, super impressed with your results on 93 pump gas

Thanks, it's a hell of a fun car!

Saber, did your car hit the rollers yet?

So if I only have access to 93 octane gas, and run no more than about 7 psi, a SC is safe on a stock vehicle? That's my dilemma, no access to anything other tan E10.

For extra safety, even at 7-7.5 PSI boost it is highly recommended to add LT4 Fueling hardware: HPFuel Pump, LPFuel Pump (which you already have since you car is the 1LE version of the SS) and LT 4 injectors.
For cooling the charge: External Aux. coolant canister + Front Mount Heat Exch.
Spark Plugs, at least 1 heat range colder than stock, which would be for instance the NGK LTR-6 Iridiums gapped between .0035-to-.0040.

Some tuners may recommend going even 2 heat ranges colder with LTR-7s (or Brisk RR12s), but this would probably hold true for higher boost levels of 9 PSI and up.

In addition to this, in the ECM (E92a) calibration keep Spark Advance at no higher than 14.5-15 Deg. , Injectors Pulse Width no higher than 5.3ms (with LT4 fueling at this boost level you should be around 4.7-4.8 ms on both banks, which is ideal) and AF/R to be kept at ~ 12.1-12.3 at top RPM and 11.8-12.0 at top load/ Torque (somewhere in the 4000-4300 RPM range, depending on blower type).

With these specs - all other motor / exhaust hardware remaining stock, you could end up somewhere between 550-570 R-WHP on your first pull from a cool IAT, then, on the 2nd and 3rd pulls, once heat builds up, these figures will drop significantly - Down to ~ 480-500 R-WHP.
Depending on ambient weather/ temperatures as well.

The experts here can add/ correct to my information.
