Heavy clutch with touchy engagment, way too loud, smelled like gas, some cam surge. I realize I made the car the way it was.

Fast-forward, now I've got a 2017 SS automatic nnp exhaust mostly stock (cold air intake and a tune) but am getting the urge to modify it.

What route do I take to not hurt the drivability of the car?
Can I add headers and leave the rest of exhaust alone and keep it quieter?
Should I just save my money and add a supercharger in the future?
Leave it alone and enjoy it? ha

Thanks for reading my ramblings!
Give in, resistance is futile.

Mine is eminently drivable, it's louder and a bit smellier than stock (only when running straight 93, it has hardly any smell with E50+), but other than that, it's as if a stock Camaro had a 10 or 11-liter engine with the corresponding power level. The supercharger doesn't even whine much, which I love, not being a fan of the squeal that reminds me of blown ball bearings.

It's a matter of how well the upgrades are spec'd, the amount of attention paid during installation and, most of all, who tuned the car.

Knightfall, put a supercharger on it and enjoy your SS!
