I saw that, but the outermost tread is around 4/32. Seems very low?

The pic with the depth gauge looks like they have the seams from the manufacturing mold. If they were driven on, even a little, those marks would wear away. Got a pic with a wider view of the tread?

Here's one that I forgot to post yesterday. If not slightly used, maybe rejects?

IMHO, if they were driven on to the point that there was any measurable wear, those mold marks would be gone. And I looked back at my conversation with my buddy who had purchased some from WM, he initially thought his were 0319 manufacture, but realized he looked at the wrong code...they were made within the last year or so. He kept them. EDIT: They were 0725 date code (Seventh week of 2025). Make sure you are looking at the outer sidewall stamping.

The whole thing is just very strange. I'm pretty sure that the d/c is 0320. As far as the outermost tread line measuring 4/32, that just seems like it would wear down quickly. I've already received the return label. I have to take a hard pass on these.

I think you're making a mistake. The date code is larger and I don't see it in the photo you took. Also, the outside shoulder has a lower tread depth. Compare to your originals assuming you have a set.

This is what the date code looks like 4 digits. My tires were produced in the 25th week of 2022.

The depth of this channel on the outside shoulder is more shallow than the inside channels.

Am I right? I think you're in the mindset that you got too good of a deal and something is wrong. I've bought these tires in the mid $300's often. Not a 'too good to be true' scenario.

And if Walmart sold used tires as new like another member implied, they would be liable if something terrible happened. I just don't see that as likely.

Thanks dabjbr. I can definitely confirm that the d/c is 0320, 5 yrs old. I agree that it is very unlikely that the tires have been used, but I was expecting much more meat in them. Now you've got me second guessing. Also, the sidewalls do feel a little spongy to me. Not sure if that's normal because it is such a soft tire?
