Yeah, the 555Rii 325/50R15 don't sway whereas the mickeys feel like you're in a sailboat

Going to give the 555R2 Rears / 555G2 fronts a try. Went with a 345/30/19 and 305/30/19, debated 315/30/19 front but decided meh.

I have been running the Toy RRs for a couple years with 830 rwhp. I dont think I will use anything else, until I go to 17s. I am Procharged on my ZL1, so it does not have as hard of an initial hit as PDS blowers.

Once I get them on I’ll post a picture! I’m sure others might have pics of it as well seems to be a popular choice.

I run the Toyo RR's on my C7Z and ZL1. I can get the ZL1 to work out of 3rd when the tires are warm from 50. Makes around 17psi. Mid 900whp would be my guess. 315/30/20

Yeah the RR is comparable to the Rii in that it's on the edge in my 4th gear and has to be feathered.

MT ET Street R's and Hoosiers hook like crazy, just make sure you go in a straight line! That was the biggest thing I am STILL getting used to. My Nitto 555R2's felt like I could autocross any time I wanted. The drag radials, even when I change lanes quick at speed, have that feeling as if the tires are rolling over onto itself. I know each type of tire has it's own use purpose. I will keep the drag radials on most often, as I like straight line, fast and feel the grip. For how I drive!

After going between back n forth about Michelin Cup 2 vs Toyo R888 , ended up pulling plug for R888. Let’s hope I made the right call lol

The R888R is much more aggressive—crazy warm grip, especially for straight-line pulls or track days—but it’s loud, rides rough, wears faster, and is basically useless in the rain. Compared to the Cup 2 and R888R, the NT555R2 rear with NT555G2 front setup is more of a straight-line drag-oriented combo
