Here was my original mistake...

Here is the order for the new one and the new sticker which is 100% identical to the original one...

Got some bad news. You understand the one you bought is for a V6 Chevy Colorado, right?

No, it is identical to the one that came with my Cold Air Intake, same exact numbers...

Here is the old one I pealed off my hood that came with my OEM GM Performance Cold Air Intake for my 2020 2SS that also came with the tune the dealer installed.

Here is the new replacement sticker I ordered and received...

Same Same... and only $14...

I wonder if that sticker would work here in New Jerkey on say a Roto Fab? This state is just as bad as Cali. They only do the smog test and occasionally pop the hood during state inspection every 2 years. It would probably fail the probe up the tail pipe I guess.

It doesn't matter what you peeled off - its the WRONG cert - just trying to help

84152144 is for a 2015-2022 COLORADO. Can almost bet the dealer grabbed a random sticker laying around at the time of install. This just goes to show that if you have been passing smog they don't even verify part numbers on the visual.

The F Label is just incorrect for a 2020 6.2 Camaro -

GM put all their EO's on one tag at a time, but often had to re-submit every year. Here is the EO #126-44 from the CARB website. It lists only 2016-2019 Camaro. Technically, it has to be the GM part (not the Cold Air inductions part!), and you have to have the calibration installed. I am not sure when the part was discontinued, so I am not sure the EO ever got past 2019. At some point they switched to only being able to order the induction kit with the vehicle, so there wasn't an EO because it was a original equipment, then they dropped it shortly after that.

If you have a 2020 and it came from the factory as a Cold Air Induction kit, then you should have an RPO for it (RVK I think?) plus it would be on your window sticker. That is super rare! But also it is why you didn't have an EO sticker from the factory - it was OEM. The approval for the kit was submitted when they submitted the FMVSS approvals for the entire vehicle.

It is the right label, I ordered the CAI from GM and installed it myself, the Executive Orders cover more than just one model of vehicle. I ordered my Camaro in late 2019 and bought the CAI at that time...

Technically, the EO you posted isn't valid on a 2020 model. If you have a 2019, it is.

Actually I saved $11 since you were selling the sticker for $25 and technically your sticker only covered 2016-2018 since it says D-126-43, so no, it isn't the correct one.
