That's rocking in an SS. IMO, your fantastic min speeds in 3 and 10 made the lap. An 85 min speed in Turn 10 is particularly impressive . . . I'm assuming the wing helps a lot there.

It almost seems like you short shift to 5th approaching Turn 1 . . . you find it helpful, or am I misreading it? I'm on a flex fuel tune that raises the rev limit 200 RPM. With that, I hit 141-143mph (and rev limit) in 4th just as I'm approaching the braking zone for 1. You actually get to 5th early, and I don't think the 200 RPM rev limit difference accounts for the differences, but maybe I'm wrong. Could be your wing, also.

You also shift to 4th very early coming out of 9 . . . I have traditionally held 3rd to 108MPH approaching the bridge. Curious if your way works better, as I'm always looking to pick up tricks from others

Thanks! Yes, I’m in full commitment mode for this lap , I actually did a back to back 19.7 that was almost identical everywhere except turn 10 being 82 mph.

I don’t think I intentionally short shift anywhere—I always wait till redline to shift. I downsized my wheels to 19s, so my 3rd and 4th gears can’t reach the same speeds as you do anymore.

The wing definitely helps a lot in high-speed corners, especially Turn 4. I doubt a stock SS without aero could just lift and turn like that, lol. The trade-off is speed on the straights—it’s just impossible to hit 140 anymore

Good info, thanks. I just went to slicks and heavy camber, but I haven't been on track with her yet.

With the better grip, I'm betting a faster Turn 10 min speed (and only a 1" extension on the stock spoiler) means I'll be either hitting 5th before Turn 1 at 146ish or bouncing off that rev limiter a couple seconds in 4th.

I also noticed you are in RACE mode, and the TC was still kicking in for you a bunch. I was doing the same last fall, and I've decided to go "all off" this year. Frankly, I can't decide if the TC is slowing me down or making me faster because I'm leaning on it without dying

Unsure if this is the best place but... care to share more details about your wing and splitter?

I just installed the NLR wing and am toying with AOA. What angle are you running? Also, is your splitter a one-off? I see you have a ZLE type front bumper so maybe that part of the need. Would love to learn more.

Thanks in advance!

I think this is quicker than the fastest any Mustang has gone around the Firm by over a second. That's a low bar, I know
So.... what are your thoughts between the CRS and 3R? I have tried the 3R and they seem to be great but have been curious how they stack against the CRSV2.

Thanks in advance!

Ofc! I'm currently running on 0 AOA cuz i want my car to rotate a bit more. NLR they are planning on a camaro splitter kit but they just haven't release yet. When I made the purchase last year, AJ Hartman just released their splitter kit, but it's just too expensive for me, but they sell the mounting kit for 500 bucks, so I ordered the mounting kit from AJH and contacted NLR for a custom splitter. It doesn't need to fit with the zl1 1le bumper, they can also customize it to fit the ss bumper. I just love the look of zl1 1le so much

Right, I’ve also heard others mention that changing tire size or running a square setup will impact PTM. It’s pretty obvious that even in RACE mode, PTM still kicks in quite a bit through tight corners. I’m planning to go all off as well, I was just worried about whether I’d bring my car back in one piece because it was so cold that day
