Great wheel choice, car looks sick! What tires are you running? Not finding much in 325/30R20

I believe I have read going to 325 on the rear you have to relocate a wiring harness or it will rub.

I believe that is only if you have magnetic ride control, which I do not.

While we're on this topic...

I'm running OEM 1LE wheels with SC3 on my 2020 2SS. I noticed that at the front of the front wheel wells, the tires stick out more than I remember them sticking out when I had a 2017 1SS 1LE. Are the front suspensions different width-wise from a 1LE to a standard SS? My car does have the lowering option from when it was ordered so I wonder if that made any difference. It's also possible that I'm not remembering my 1LE. Any info is appreciated.

It could be a difference in the alignment on both cars. Also, considering those years have different front bumpers, I'm not sure of the bumper line is identical at that point.

Are there any mods or spacers needed to run the 1Le 305's or going up to 315?

I noticed the same when I put 1LE wheels on my '24 LT1. I actually added 6mm spacers in the rear so the slight amount of poke matches front and rear.

Stating the obvious for posterity, you do want wider wheels, though.

Trying to fit the 305 or 315 wide steamrollers over the stock 9.5" rear wheels is not recommended. A couple mm here or there is fine, but this would be a major difference.

Stock 1LE rear wheels are 11”… 315 is fine for the rears, not square set up.

True. However, the guy who posted the question I responded to has the signature below (that doesn't say 1LE), and he may well have meant just the tires, given the cost of true 1LE wheels.

Even if he has 1LE sized wheels, though, there will also be plenty of people who read posts in isolation, so I thought this table of desired wheel/tire width pairings would be helpful.

I considered this. So I'm not crazy... you've had the same issue. Now I'm really curious about the suspension differences between a 1LE and SS. The hubs must sit in different places.... but why exactly?

^I misread your prior post. (I thought you were comparing the front tire poke on different model-year 1LE models.)

I also noticed more front poke on my LT1 with (near) 1LE-spec wheels (I have 19x10 +20mm front and 19x11 +40mm rear) - that was with stock suspension, ride height and alignment. Now I'm lowered around 1.25" on KW coilovers with -2* camber front and rear, and the front poke is more in-line with the rear poke.
