Related cam question- is the prevailing wisdom still that one should replace the high pressure fuel lines, or is that no longer a thing?

Ive seen some people have issues and others that don't. I figure better safe than sorry so I personally bought new hp lines for an injector install. But if you're careful, you can keep all the lines hooked up. Just have to work each rail a little at a time going back and forth betweeen each bank. Going back in may be a different story but here's a pic of how mine came out.

As Evans pointed out if you are careful you can disconnect all the wiring, loosen the HPFP and Injector rail bolts and pull it all out intact with care. Then you don't have to replace any lines.

Thanks, guys. I'm on the fence about just pulling the trigger on the Goliath and +50%XDI's while I've got everything apart, so then I'd definitely buy the new lines. But man, fueling is expensive. I'll probably end up saving that for next year just to spread out the financial impact. Plus if I build the whole thing now I'll be bored. If I'm honest with myself, the process of modding is more than half the fun.
