FWIW, I’m at 1059 WHP on E50 using LPE and +52 injectors at 2175 PSI. So if the Goliath can carry those higher volumes at 2700+ PSI (yet to be determined) with +50/+52 injectors, you’d definitely be able to do 1100+ WHP on E60.

Thats awesome. If we can get a rock solid setup with no drivability issues that will fuel 1000 that would solve 90% of the communities fueling needs. Then love to see the goliath with the new xdi 70's as long as the 70's drive good that setup should go a long way!

My son put an engine together starting with a new Crate LT4 with all of the goodies we have available.

It will be going in my car along with the DSX Twin pump system, Katech Goliath, XDI 70s so we will see what it can do on Straight E98.

Ted.

That will answer every question! Can't wait to see how far it will go and how tuning/drivability is with the 70's. The DSX intake deal has been supporting big power. More than I would have guessed a stock feed line would have made.

I would hope for better than that. I have seen the LPE HPFP and XDI +65 support over 1000whp on E60 @ 2300psi with a 38% fuel lobe commanding .84 lambda.

The LPE HPFP was maxing at 130° by 6200 rpm, the injectors had plenty of room.

Question on the Goliath for an LT1 - will it fit (in the physical space) under a Whipple or does it require more headroom than the OEM LT1 HPFP?

depends on which generation whipple you have.

The early ones would not clear the LT4 pump.

The LT4 and Goliath are physically the same.

Thanks Ted. Try as I might, I cannot be sure of which generation. Mine is the 2.9L W175AX from 2019.

Just my 2 cents: I have TVS2650R, 15% lower, stock Magnuson upper, Rotofab Big Gulp, 103TB, +38% cam, stock heads, catless headers, +50% XDI injectors, DSX low side with GSL396 pump and Katech Goliath which holds solid E60 and bottomed out at E70.

Likely the later one with clearance.

As I recall the first generation only went to about 2017 but get your serial number and send it to Whipple for confirmation.

Ted.

Agreed. Back when I was running a 2.9 Whipple, I had bought it new back in 2019 and it cleared the LT4 HPFP.
