1. Big Gulp
2. Kong Xport
3. 2.3 pulley
4. 103MM TB
5. Custom Tune
Stock manifolds stock cats but some Cat back that is pretty loud
So, less air restriction could be 5-10 hp, X-port 50 hp, more blower rpm 5-10, TB 10 hp, tune 20-30 hp, maybe you'll reach 100.

The DSX Controller itself is what I meant. The car already has Whipple specific port plates(currently plugged) and rails, and then we have LS3 injectors that we will use. We are waiting on the availability of the DSX port controller.

So if I were to go port injection I would need the DSX controller, injectors (size ?) mounted in the 2650's bungs and fuel lines.. Wouldn't I need a separate hpfp fuel pump?

Port injection adds to the existing Direct Injection system. Too High PSI Reflex controller or DSX's controller is required to drive the port injectors. Moving some of the fueling to the port system will reduce the DI side load.

You would need a low side that can handle the fuel pressure. Whatever lines needed to plum the low side injectors, Port plates for the 2650 with fuel rails and then LS3 style injectors.

DSX is making it so you don't need to tune anything but the ECU. Too High PSI you need to tune the ECU and the Reflex Controller.

I've got DSX low side and OEM high side now. Sounds like I would need to plan to add additional low side capacity

Depends on the fuel you want to run. If going full E85 from 100octane race gas you will likely need at minimum the largest DSX low side pump available. There is also a Katech dual 400 intake that would definitely suffice.

We have a 3.0 Whipple, 416 built motor ZL1 that we haven't start tuning yet. It has the largest DSX aux kit only as the low side, stock lt4 hpfp, XDI 30% DI injectors and LS3 port injectors. I don't know how far the DSX aux will take us until we start tuning. Previously the car was in the upper 800's on a custom port LT4 blower and a lot of meth and E80.

Why would you run plates with the Whipple 3.0, it’s already got injector bosses cast into the runners…? Simply drill those out and drop the injectors in. Couple that with the very high Whipple blower height, those plates would make that cowl situation even worse… I’m assuming you’re running the subframe spacers Whipple provides?

Sorry I mean the runners. They had to be removed and sent to get machined for the port injectors. I had the stock blower stuck in my head while working on something else.

We have the BMR mounts that drop the engine the same as the spacers do. But it still wont clear the stock hood. Even the spacers as well wasn't enough. It needs about 1.5 inches of extra clearance. The BMR drops about half and inch and the spacers another half an inch. We are going to cut the hood and install a carbon fiber insert on the underside of the hood to clear the Whipple. I'll know more once that comes in.

I don't know which lowside I have now. It runs at 80 psi. Which LS do you have? https://dsxtuning.com/collections/aux-fuel-filters

Apologies to the OP. I suppose we can setup a PI/ fueling thread.

Ok, gotcha on the runners. Seemed crazy to add plates lol

Interesting on the hood clearance..no issues on my stock SS hood. I’m running just the subframe spacers and clear the cowl by maybe 1/2-3/4”. I recently bought the BMR mounts as well but haven’t installed them…would be great to get rid of the spacers.

The 320 lph pump option with the DSX Aux Kit. I'm not sure it will be enough fuel but we're going to see.

We reached out to Whipple and they stated the fitment on the SS vs the ZL1 is different and the ZL1 required a hood insert or another means to add clearance for the hood(more than the provided spacers). Now is this accurate for all ZL1's? I don't know, this is the first Whipple 3.0 for us so its a bit of a discovery along the way.

My Eddie also requires the removal of hood matl and an insert if looking pretty is a necessity, which it isn't.

I assume you're running Eth. How much power are you hoping for?
