The 2650 rotor packs prefers less boost for efficiency as well. After 20 psi they gradually start becoming less efficient.

I just bought KaTech's 416 sb, oil pump, and cam, the parts are in stock. Happy to hear I don't need LPE's BBFP... yet. Hmm, wondering if it's OK to post the cam specs. Probably.

Yes. Cam Specs: 233 / 250 @ .050, . 649/ .658 lift, 119+4 LSA, 38% fuel lobe
KaTech says a good tuner can make it a decent street cam.

Good to know. They describe it as Max Effort.

Did you ask Katech if that cam works with stock stall converter? Pretty sure you would need a larger stall if it was stock cubes but not sure with the 416.

It will work with a stock converter even with stock cubes.

It will be right up against the converter so you can experience some pulsing at idle in gear.

The larger cube engine will swallow up the cam as bit as well.

You've got a lot of high hp customers. What are their most popular street tires?

It all depends on wheel size and application.

Toyo R888's and MT ET Street R's are popular

I'm not doing a 416 after all due to my reality check about the additional torque. It would just make bad traction worse. So, I'm looking for a built 377 SB, with a KaTech oil pump and 38% fuel lobe cam. Price and delivery remain.

How big a piston can you fit in this block?

Who provided the reality check?

Your grams/cyl falls off up top. That tells me the supercharger is pasts it's efficiency point. It looks like a 1.7 stock blower on a 800-850whp car. A built 377 doesn't rectify that.

If you are sticking with the Eddie, I still think a larger engine with the proper heads/cam to match the displacement will work better with that Supercharger turned way down. Not 3.0 pulley down, more like 3.25. You make the same if not more peak power, less heat, and the torque shouldn't exceed where you are at now.

The ideal solution IMO, is to change power adders all together. The Eddie really isn't what you need for your goals at your elevation. You need a bigger unit. I don't know if the Whipple 3.0 will gain you much or move up to a F1x Procharger or Turbos. But that is what really needs to happen imo.
