That’s not good. It may not be the dealers fault if they replaced the part already.

My dealer did their own thing and didn't fix based off the TSB. They tried to say it was exhaust actuator or something. This time I'm going to strongly insist

Make sure they put a stethoscope on the fuel line per the TSB. I put mine on it and the noise is pretty loud. Easy diagnosis.

Tell them to read the fuel pressure and watch it fluctuate for no reason... it's a dead giveaway. Even after my dealer had the TSB, they checked the fuel pressure to confirm there was an issue.

Hopefully they relate it to something other than your exhaust, more like your fuel system!

I just got my car back from the dealer, ticking noise seems to be resolved

Fixed by TSB #PIP5395G and PN 84404473

I’ll update if the noise returns.

Good news as well thanks to your guys' advice and input, my 2nd trip to another dealer was fruitful! They were able to repro the noise and have ordered the fuel line as per the TSB. He said it was on national back order as well and that it may arrive by the 18th. Can't wait to enjoy a normal car again!
