Yes mine bounce around too until they get some heat in them and then level out.

So, yesterday after work the temp was 61°. I checked tires pressure again, lowered them to 32lbs for all (4). Hit the same stretch of 315N and took the same exit as I did this past Saturday. Good news, everything felt normal with no weird tire/road feel.
