Factory Blower Build

My 19’ ZL1 A10 went under the knife today. Since I already have a 2650 on my C7Z I wanted to see how my ZL1 would run with the factory little guy. Build is as follows:

-Kong Regular Port w/2.30 upper
-LMP Blower Lid
-FRE Stage 2 Heads Rebuilt by LME
-.028 Head Gaskets “10.6:1” Compression
-BTR Stage 1 Cam +38% Fuel Lobe
-DSX Flex Fuel Kit
-XDI +65 Injectors
-LPE Big Bore HPFP
-JMS Voltage Booster
-DSX Aux Low Side
-C.H.E Trunnion Kit
-ATI Balancer w/9.25 lower
-Katech 103mm TB
-Roto Fab Big Gulp
-LMP Heat Exchanger
-Katech 174 T-Stat
-TSP 2” Headers

Guesses on power? I’m going to say 840whp on the MD-500 Mustang it will be dyno’d with.

Love this build. I’ll be following, as I may eventually add cam and dsx low side to my Kong Stage X. Subscribed.

It won’t be long. This shop doesn’t mess around with getting things done. He started this morning and got to where these pictures are.

So you are running the jms voltage booster and the DSX aux kit? I was wondering if that was possible. Great info can’t wait to see your numbers.

yes. I do the same thing on my C7Z and KingLT1 had it making over 1kwhp on E60. Low side was falling to right at 72-73 at redline. Commanding 82 with the mechanical regulator. C7 has a Cordes Aux low side.

Was wondering the same thing... jms voltage booster and the DSX aux kit?
Any advantage to running both?

It provides more fuel to the high side vs running stock in tank and auxiliary. When running E it never hurts to have more fuel delivery headroom.

Guessing around 820whp. Interested to see how much boost and MAT temps you're making with the pulley combo and the rest of your setup. Looks like a stout combo

Cam is in, heads are on. Plenty of PTV clearance. Was at .035 with no gasket. With the .028 puts me at .063.

Make sure you move and protect the harness.
