Intank pump psi on startup?

Still having no start issue I think I narrowed down to the intank pump. I am only getting between 57-67 psi from the intank pump on cranking. This is per hptuner.

What is it supposed to be?

Don't have the specs here at the office, but that should be sufficient to start and run, may need to be a little higher for full throttle.

If you have the fuel pressure on the low side you listed its plenty to feed the HPFP and keep the fuel rails full.

Wtf, this no start is pissing me off!

I have fuel it’s sounds like it fires it’s just won’t start. I’m out of ideas.
