Have the ZL1 add ons. In the front the fit is basically flush with the adjoining body around the pinch weld and "fit" as you might expect. In the rear they tilt inward unless you are picky about when you lock them down with the set screws so that they maintain a straight up and down with the pinch weld, basically touching the outside adjoining body but not the inner side. For me this meant facing the adjusting side (where the allen wrench inserts) of the set screws outward in the rear. With the ZL1 1LE lower cladding this is finicky work. But - once set work fine and I have left them on the car for many lifts.

Heh, everything is back in stock, guess they might not have wanted to sell too many more sets with the 15% discount

Has anyone used the standard model for a convertible. They say to only use the stealth model but I thought I remember people using the standard ones.

I bought the knockoffs from ebay. Half price and worked fine. I did grind down the extremely sharp point on the securing bolt tips a bit. Car has been jacked up and/or put on a lift several times.

I have the standard ZL1 lift pads and I almost wish they came down a bit more so they'd be both easier to see and they would protect the side skirt more when using with a jack stand. I actually lift with a separate pinch weld lift pad on my floor jack at the middle lift point (so the entire side lifts up) and use these lift pads for my jack stands.

I agree, they need another 1/2” or so to clear the underside plastic. I have to tell the tech that’s performing the state inspection to watch out for the plastic while using the lift point.

Anyone using hockey pucks? I'm thinking of getting 4 and cut a groove in them to fit. Yes? No?

They make pads like a hockey puck with a cut through them. You need to figure some compression though and get it lined up just right. There's not a lot of space down there and it can be quite difficult to get them lined up correctly sometimes. It's still not *that* big of a deal. I do wish auto-shops sold the pads for jacks that I'm talking about, buy you can get them all day on e-bay and the like.

I'm really glad I bought the ZL1 pads though, much faster and much less worry. I can change out my winters super fast now.

Interesting. We vert people who use their custom cut points typically put the jack stand under the forward x-brace bracket (because there's no other open slots on the vert). Dirty little secret alert: Plenty of beef there with the 1/2" extra steel on the rocker in addition to the bracket... ...enough to even lift the car

That's kinda what they're made for.

The product description says, "These are great for customers that change wheels at the track."

The grammar police will tell you that it should say, "customers WHO change." LOL.
