Are you doing some more mods to your car? Lol

My car has lots of mods. It's FAR from stock since it had 150 miles on the odometer. I can't leave anything stock.

Is an alignment needed after installing this kit or is everything good to go since it's just the cradle bolts coming out and going back in?

I’ve had the lockout kit on shelf for a year or more. Need to get that installed.

The GM ZL1 1LE solid bushing kit sells for $429, while the BMR lockout kit is $329, definitely a bit cheaper but nowhere near "fraction of the cost".

I have this on my car and definitely had it aligned after...Page 4 of the manual says

but as long as it works!

Yep, works fine without an alignment. No geometry changes so no alignment needed. Sounds like a CYA statement in case the user did the install incorrectly.

ZL1 1le kit is superior by maximizing stiffness, however, NVH will increase 100 fold!

For track rats, it's cool!

For us guys that may drive our wives or gf, or both, around in the car, it may require some explaining and eventually coming out those pockets for a daily!

Just remember: the Zl1 1le kit will require the whole rear cardle to be dropped and the rubber bushings to be burned and/or cut out. This will raise the install price significantly.

Sorry but... what's the meaning of "NVH"? Thank you.

I'm happy with the BMR Lockout kit. I also had all the other BMR arms, toe rods, braces, etc. installed. It made a big difference in handling and overall chassis stiffness.
