Don't want to beat up on him, but if I can get all the OE parts for around $1,400 from Rock. It is probably worth my time to do it myself.
I did my rear a few months ago.

You'll need to replace the TTY bolts that hold the caliper's on. I also had to drop a brace (which had TTY bolts..thanks GM) just to get clearance for my impact to get them off because I didn't have a combination wrench big enough while doing this on jack stands so I couldn't use my breaker bar.

You can go to the screaming chicken website and order a set of caliper bolts for the front and rear that are not TTY for $60 or so.

I'd be willing to bet 90% of shops reuse them, including some dealerships.

Yea. GM used a lot of TTY bolts on this car. I understand the concept of them but they could have just used regular bolts and the car would be fine.

If they do then that's a great legal situation for any owners.

I'm sure there are plenty of people who do reuse them and say they have no issues. If you look up how TTY bolts are designed to work then you'd see why you shouldn't reuse them.
