I've only owned mine for about 3 days. So far I've seen a few people walking around it as I'm coming out of stores, but no comments on the car so far.

Yesterday a 5th gen Mustang wearing Boss decals and clearly modified, gave me a little rev as I entered the parking lot he was waiting to exit.

Lately I get some of the best compliments when I DON’T drive it. Went to my board meeting yesterday and at least four people in attendance said they were disappointed that I didn’t drive the Camaro (it was under 40 degrees, so that’s a nope). Then they started discussing among themselves what they liked best about it (wheels, paint, mods I’ve made, no-stop drop-top). I just sat back and listened. Then the meeting started and ended the fun.

Just checking….You do realize that they were talking about taking ZL1 badges off of a ZL1 to make it more stealthy, not putting ZL1 badges on a non-ZL1.

It'd be quite the poser thing, power level alone does not make a ZL1. My car wears her SS badges proudly, she will not pretend she is someone else.

If they wanted to be more stealth just swap the ZL1 badge for the LT1 badge.

Ya but but, ZL1's get looks our SS's get laughed at, until we get to the finish line first. Even the LT1 guys are laughing at us. :(

Went on site for a project, and figured I'd take the Camaro as I saw a Porsche Panamera parked in front of the office space that I was working the other day. Sure enough, the guy parked next to me again (wasn't in my DD this time). On my way out, I was sitting in the car finishing up some paperwork and this guy walks past the Porsche, rubbernecks my car, bends over as if to make out the front grill emblem, and his mouth opened up wider than my front grill in a "WOW". The funny part is that I think he knew I was in the car as he opened his mouth. And yes, I have to admit that the Panamera looked pretty tame sitting next to the Camaro.

I had a guy in a Suburban "try" to speed up and keep me from passing him on a rural highway last weekend... not sure what that was about. We were both cruising at 65, but every corner I would gain on him. Got to a point where any rocks he kicked up would've bounced off the car, so I pulled out to pass him and he decided to floor it. I just shook my head and went around him.

Then he decided it would be fun to tailgate me, so I took the next corner at 80 and set my cruise at 70 for a while to get away from him.
