Rear axle alignment/thrust angle will do this too. Had this problem and fixing thrust angle cured it. This car is pretty sensitive due to high horsepower and wide tires. |

I am also putting in the lockout kit on my build. You only need to see those bushing made of hollow rubber to realize there is too much movement under hard acceration.

I just went through the rear. I haven't gotten on it yet. I'm finally getting my alignment done today. I did ZLE bushings, and almost all BMR had for control arms/chassis: front cradle braces, upper/lower trailing, upper control, and tie rods - all rod-ends.
I can hear the difference, due to the rod ends and bushings, but it's not too bad. We'll see if it gets on my nerves, LOL...

I miss the ZLE feel but I don't miss the spring and struts. Just trying to improve the car some without going all out and making the car unbearable

Up front I have the strut tower brace, and mid-chassis I have the - you guessed it - the mid-chassis brace.
I got them simply because I wanted them. 98% of the chassis improvement comes from all the stuff involving the rear cradle and rear suspension. |
