Overall, this sounds like it might be a problem from water intrusion in the trunk and corrosion of connectors. Did you even take a look?
The car is always parked in a garage and doesn’t see any weather other than blue skies lol. I’ve only even ever washed the car 5-6 times. I usually dust it off and detail spray it.

As to what fuse I guess I’ll find out at the end. He just said a 30a fuse

Not sure why a fuse box would go bad then. Installed wrong? Rodents unlikely in the trunk, and I'm sure dealer would say if it looked like rodents.

You can probably source a used fuse box from a wrecked parts car much faster. But you will probably need to find a shop to install it rather than the dealership.

But OP said they were able to replace the fuse so I guess there is some other reason to replace the fuse box like damage or some type of malfunction.

Ya pretty puzzling. I feel like if I drove this car more often, this would have happened in the first year of ownership instead of year 4

I guess my first question for the service manager "Why in the heck do I need a new fuse box" Show my why I need a new box and if it is damaged who the heck damaged it. My second question is "Why do I keep blowing fuses and how have you traced it back to the cause and why would the fuse box be the cause". This really makes no sense unless there was water. A fuse box doesn't go bad for no reason and I would want some answers if it was my car.

You make some really good points. I know F all about electrical stuff and I’m trusting they know what they’re doing. Frankly as long as the problem is solved I ok with it. I will take back the old fuse box but I won’t know what to look for lol

Update

I got my car back from the dealer after a week. It turns out it was the power distribution block that sits on top of the battery not the actual fuse box in the trunk. Service guy was misinformed. It has a 60A 100A 200A and 350A on it. He said the 350A was the one blowing. My amp is connected to the 200A. Is that right? It was professionally installed. Can that be partially the reason? Once I figure out how to post pics I’ll put them up.

Check your amp manual to see what fuse rating should be installed (or if it has a fuse built in). Idk what amount of current (if any) is already going through the 200A terminal though.

I checked a few expensive amps and this one puts out up to 3000W while recommending a dedicated 200A fuse.

Ok I’ll check. Mine is only rated at 300rms 500w peak

fwiw, I have always ran a dedicated wire for amps and fused them separately from anything for the car. that would be the first place I would start looking.
just because it was "professionally" installed doesn't mean it's right.

True. I’ll take a look and do some research on how it should be connected
