King...I didn't realize the 555R was a Drag Radial. I was thinking of the 555G2 which is a rolling POS. Although not as bad as the Invo.

I used to run the NT01 and NT05 in the early 2000's. They were a fine tire at the time, but everyone has moved on since.

Not sure but honestly you don't need that much tire. A stock C7 ZR1 was pulling 1.5 60fts and running 9.9 @ 140 on the 305/30/20 555r2 at the track. On the street I have consistently pulled 1.8's with the 305/35/20 and I am sitting around 680-700whp or so. I can not just floor it off the line on the street... Have to come out about 1/2 throttle and hold it there till 4800rpm or so then ease it to the floor. But still not bad for a 50 degree Unprepped road. From a second gear 40 roll you can pretty much just floor it. On any street tire I would probably just blow the tires off below 60mph.

Moral of the story, the 305/35/19 555r2 will be plenty of tire for your setup. It will hook up better then any 325 street tire by far.

No worries. Yes the G2 is horrible for traction. However I would encourage anybody to try the new 555r2. Great all around tire with good handling, stability and traction.

Interesting.. well if I do a 305 it'll definitely give me more wheel options because these apex's are not my first choice by any means, I was just gonna get them because their offsets allow for a bigger tire

Wider is not always better. When shopping tires for straight line traction you go by compound > height > side wall > width...in that order. Width just looks good but it doesn't always mean better traction. A 275/35/20 555r2 would still hook better then a 325/30 PS4.

Since you seem to knw a good amount of info, and i am new to the Camaro cars, Do you know if a 325/45/17 will fit or a similar size? Running a 17" wheel. Or is it just better to stick to the 315 or 305?

For the record i have searched and found very little results, but i come from a Mustang back ground, so my wording may be off.

Thank you for your time.

325/45/17 should fit if the wheel offset is right. Just need to relocate the harness on the driver side rear. I know guys were putting 325/30/20 on a 11-12" wheel on these cars.
