Even if you can only squeak out E30 or E40 out of your fuel system, it’s still very beneficial. The extra timing is free power not to mention the cylinder cooling and cleanliness.

I don't know about where everybody else is at, But here in Thailand E20 is sold regularly at the petrol stations. I could easily make E52.5 with exactly 1/2 E85 and 1/2 E20. I had other upgrades planned. But if 60 horses could be gained by simply having a better intake, some shorty headers and a tune. That would be pretty nice. Maybe add a little pulley action and get 100+ horses on the cheap. Actually, I'm pretty new to gathering power this way. So I definitely will listen to anybody with experience in this. I'm sure now somebody's gonna say that I must upgrade the fuel delivery system..... ok, I could probably manage that, even if it's not too cheap.

On a ZL1 you already have the better in-tank pump, high pressure pump, and injectors. Just add a JMS voltage booster to your in-tank pump and that will carry you at the power levels you’re looking at.
