This is why I have hesitated to put the catch can on my car! It's still sitting in the box. I noticed on my car that there are 3 bolts on the supercharger lid that have blue paint marker lines on them that won't be there if i removed them. Does anyone else have that as well?

I agree with you that the OP should put the stock intake back in, and hopefully the car is not tuned.
I didn't want to risk anything. The car is back to stock including the stock intake. The tune was never touched so I should be good to go. Took me a few hours, but it's worth it if they have to replace the supercharger

You can always take it off.

Every time I empty my Elite can, there's a few more ounces of gunk that isn't coating my blower and coking my valves - well worth the piece of mind for the highly unlikely event I need to remove it for major warranty claim (which is retarded because a properly installed closed loop catch can has ZERO impact on engine tuning/reliability, and if anything improves performance over time because of valve coking and possible pre-ignition)

Catch cans are a must on any boosted engine.

That's common to indicate they were torqued, has nothing to do with warranty, you're being paranoid

I guess it depends on what they see during a visual inspection. My engine bay looks stock so I can't see why they would say something. I put everything back the way it was. Is there anything I should double check before I bring it in for service tomorrow?

For sure, a new supercharger is not cheap. Still think you did the right thing by installing a catch can.

I agree. There’s no doubt that the can works. I may wait until the warranty is up to put it back on.
