Taking it in this Saturday for all fluid changes and will be having the tech do a once over on the front end. Will post up results of what the tech finds after i get the car back. Thanks!

Had this same problem, for me it was the sway bar link. Tightened it to spec and it stopped the rattling. Not sure if yours is the same issue, but it seemed to rattle whenever I hit a bump or pothole and tightening the sway bar link fixed the issue, otherwise good luck!!

Update: took it to the dealer yesterday. Tech said he performed the 3 tsb's for the front end rattles. Brakes, end links, sway bar bolts all good. He is almost positive the clunking is from the struts. Says when I press on the brakes it causes the weight of the car to move forward thus causing the clunk in the struts. Order both front struts under warranty and will have to take it back in when it arrives.

Nice that you had them give it another once over for obvious "safety" issues. Hope the struts take care of it.

New update: tech installed brand new front struts. Clunk still there. He finally figured it out that it was the front 2 piece rotors. He showed me that there's something that caused them to come loose. He banged on it with his hand and they were slightly loose. All the bolts were tight so he does not know why they are loose so he ordered new front rotors under warranty. Another trip to the dealer on Saturday again. Have to say my service dealership is awesome. The tech guys there are awesome. Really don't mind the 80 mile round trip there cuz they take care of me.

Thanks for the latest update. Sounds like the clunk will be gone soon.

It does it on my 2018 6MT when I release the parking brake. Almost every time!

Might be just the electronic brake disengaging. Different issue from mine. Yours might just need either an adjustment or lube for the parking brake (I think.)

No problem. Yes sir. Hope its gone after that. Wonder what caused the rotors to go bad like that. Texh said he's never encountered both going bad with such low miles and he's the corvette and camaro tech at that dealer. Worked on a lot of them and he said never seen that before.

This whole scenario is scaring me. I'm fairly handy with the wrench. But I'm in Bangkok and I just bought a new 2019 ZL1, shipped from Australia (RHD). And chevy just decided to pull out of Thailand. The old days were no problem. But with all the electronics to consider now days, It's making me apprehensive
