I don’t think there are any longevity concerns at all. I’ve had under drive pulleys on various vehicles and have never had issues with them. Even after thousands of miles out of them.

If anything the UD are better for long term since they dont tend to have the rubber elastomer in the middle of them that can fail like the OEM ones do.

The worn bearings were starting to appear around the 80-100k mark. So it's a very slow process. I'm glad to hear that wont happen on our engines, but, just for peace of mind I'll give it a year or so to see what happens.

Hey guys just wondering. What is needed to have the pulley be properly installed? I currently have the ATI U/D Pulley but need to do what else is needed. Any help would be great. Thanks
