I have owned a lot of nice cars including some swoopy sports cars, and I have never gotten this many compliments from females.

My car seems to get a fair amount of attention, I blame it on the 1LE wheels. Women more than men statistically. I was at our monthly cars and coffee deal yesterday morning with my son and he fancies himself a car guy. A ZL1 had finally shown up, Crush paint, looking good and my doofus kid didn't know what a ZL1 was. Just about left him there to walk home!
Hey central Florida 6th gens, get out to our Cars and Coffee thing, every first Saturday at the Lakeland Airport parking lot. It's getting bigger every month, lots of eye candy but not enough Camaros...

![]() The background colour matches the Shock paint well, and the Kermode Bear looks pretty badass, not to mention it fits the car's characteristics well. I haven't taken a photo of the car with the plate yet, I will snap one tomorrow.

The bear always makes me crack up cause it looks cuddly and happy. Back on topic. Gotten a lot of compliments on my car to the point where my wife gets jealous. Interestingly enough it's more women than men which drives up the jealous rage in her. Not to mention the amount of heads it turns as well just rolling by. The lack of 6th gens in the area probably help. But I am seeing more and more pop up now, but the majority of V6 or i4 models for now. |

My cars yellow. I get attention from everyone. I appreciate it but after awhile I get sick of answering questions about it lol. I'm even thinking about wrapping it and that's one reason why.

And yeah, I don't see that many 6th Gen SS on the island, either. Definitely not in Shock. Everyone seems surprised that it's not a wrap and is actually a factory colour.

Older people love my car...
An older woman in a brand-new V8 challenger was asking me at a gas station where the fuel release door was on her car... I was thinking "how would I know?" But I think she wanted me to check out her brand-new muscle car. Another older woman at a gas station kept telling me the cars she and her husband used to drive in the 70's and she almost took off w/o filling up |

No one gives a shit about my zl1, it's just another camaro. I've maybe had 2-3 people say nice car and that was that.
It really isn't anything special so I'm kind of confused why some of you are making it sound like you're being gawked at like you're in ferrari. |

I had a C7 prior to this RS. It got lots of attention especially the first year I had it because it was a new generation Vette in 2014. Hardly a week went by without someone pulling up beside me ogling it, lots of thumbs up, questions at stop lights etc.. With the Camaro I get very few , maybe 3-4 times in the first 6 months of ownership, usually just a comment , nice car kind of thing. I actually prefer it that way, got to be a pain in the ass with the 'Vette.
I had a Solstice back in 2006, kinda funny looking back it got a lot more attention than the Camaro but they were new back then as well, a new look for GM. I kept that car in the family, my adult son has it now. With little ones, new house etc. kinda hard to have a sports car too so good way to keep it in the family and for him to enjoy a 'Vert. I had that car supercharged when the warranty ran out, pretty fast little car.

I'm in SoCal so I don't get too much attention with all the fancy cars in the area.
The most attention I got was last week when the fire alarm went off in the office. My car was parked in one of the areas where we are supposed to meet after exiting the building. Coworkers were checking out my car since it's probably the only Camaro in the office where most of the other cars are sedans, SUVs plus the requisite BMWs. |
