Could have been torqued to the wrong spec. Are these engines machine assembled or hand assemble?

Bearings are normally press fit IIRC. And the motor is mostly machine assembled. There is a cool edition of how it's made dream cars where they show how the camaro is made. Pretty neat watch if you get the chance.
