Part #84522381, but I dont think it comes with the badge, you would also need to wrap or paint the two bumper pieces below the headlights gloss black

I would be but until I can swap it out I won’t be able to. Right now the 2020 part is on back order due to covid. I’ve been trying to order it every couple of weeks for the last 2 months. As soon as I get it and can have a body shop do the swap and paint I will let you know.

Wondering the same thing. I have the '20 center panel and was going to get it painted, but will do the side pieces at the same time so it all matches. Thinking I'll still go black since my car is Shock and I like the contrast, just not the hole in the front fascia (even with the blacked out flow-tie.)

you do have to remove the bumper to remove the black center bar. I had to do this when i wrapped the front bumper. There's a few decent DIY's instructions/videos for this, and it's the same process pre-refresh.
