First pass I felt no wiggle on the big end with that pressure and trap speed was on point. I’m pretty confident that the car will do a 140mph trap with good launch and everything holding together.
What 60 foot did you get?

First run was a 2.0 with some spinning but I babied it off the line. I wasn’t able to do a burnout bc I forgot how to use line lock. Got frustrated and just rolled to the beams. Left with little preload at 900rpm and 1/4 throttle the first 100ft then pinched it. Ran 11.1 at 137mph.

Second run I have no idea as it broke

Quick update. It was not the drive shaft.

Might lean toward the DSS axles. Gforce are a bit more.

You don’t have to burnout for the whole 15 seconds line Lock is initiated. Just light em up a little it and let the timer run down.

Lol! Yea 15seconds would be bad. My burnout was 6seconds bc I was trying to get line lock disengaged to roll forward but it wouldn’t. I much rather prefer a 3 second burnout.

I have the DSS and happy with them. You saved yourself a bunch of labor time but the axles are more then the DS.

Yea the axles are 2x more than the DS. I just found out there is a 4 week build time. I have not taken the axle off so I’m still not clear on the damage. Was wondering if it was a fluke and the ZL1 axles are in fact strong but maybe I ended up with a dud? I don’t want to rush things but don’t want to be out of the game too long either.

Unfortunately those were sold and they were SS axles so would not fit the ZL1.

So broke 4 teeth off the axle and blew out the bearings from the CV joint.
