Rubber strip under front bumper
I just curbed it really good and made a tear and bad scuff. Any idea what they replacement is and best way to do it?

It cost about $60 for each of the rubber wind deflectors. It’s just 4 7mm bolts that hold them in place

If you are referring to the two deflectors - one on each side, I just ordered one for my car from GM parts direct - it was about $30 shipped
