I'm sure they would probably exchange it. I really hate shipping things back... I know we're all busy so I don't mean to "me me me" but I really value my free time, I don't get a lot these days and I don't want to spend it on bothering with phone calls and return shipping and then waiting...

Yes, that was one of the selling points for me. I also like the red center stripe.

I have their CF steering wheel, and it is excellent. Very happy with the quality. The fact that the part behind the airbag is not polished or perfect is a non issue.

This is not a reason to steer clear

1. The craftsmanship on the leather, stitching, and carbon fiber is perfect. Literally perfect!

2. Wildhammer’s customer service is beyond reproach. Very timely in their responses and will make things right

3. You can speak with them prior to your item shipping. Ask to see the quality of the core steering wheel used, and decide to accept that one or wait for another

Like others have stated - although Angrybits is having an unsatisfactory experience, this is not representative of WildHammer as a whole. I've bought a number of things from them and have ALWAYS been very happy with the transaction...and will continue to do business with them in the future.

I've learned in business - mistakes happen from time to time - it's utterly unavoidable. The most important thing to focus on is how quickly and satisfactorily the mistakes/issues get resolved. That's the real testament to good business...and it already looks like WildHammer has already reached out to AngryBits in an effort to make this right.

Send a message via Skype™ to EDFHOBBIES
I contacted BoSpeed and we could get this done for about 250 a wheel or less depending on how many we send a 1 off would be 350 or so. Shipping is cheap china to usa but going to china it's kinda pricey. I've dealt with the chinese a ton with my electric ducted fan RC plane business. The main thing is to find the actual company(not a trade company) or a middle man posing as that company.. I believe this is the real company since I see them with booths at international car shows.

I'm pretty sure this is where he buys them and sends the cores..

that's the info.. contact them if you would like by email or Whatsapp.. download Whatsapp then go to your phone contacts and make a new contact: Bospeed +8613...... make sure you add the plus in front of the number no parenthesis like my screen shot!

Yes. Please lets not read this as Wildhammer is bad. One-Offs happen. Whats important is customer service.

I'm just expressing a single case. It's not even that bad.
I'm choosing to keep it.

They're just slippers.

My 3 year old daughter picked them out for me and I love them.

I know it would take longer, but having an option to use the same exact steering wheel sent it by the buyer instead of an exchange might be a viable choice for some who prefer that and have the luxury of waiting.
