I'm in almost the same boat, except I will go with the Soler TB.

Of the two OEM parts (air intake/TB) I think the OEM TB has a more negative performance than the OEM air intake.

Meaning I would get a more positive feedback in performance from the Soler TB than I would from the Roto Fab Intake.

The difference in performance between the Soler TB and the OEM TB is much greater then the difference in performance with the Roto Fab intake and the OEM intake.
(I feel like I'm repeating myself!)

Plus, the Soler TB is cheaper than the Roto Fab intake, hence a much better bang for my buck!

That's my humble analysis.

Why do you recommend unported?

Unported unless your tuner OKs the ported 95mm.

The unported is tunable by anyone. The ported version takes some skill and could still make the calculations in the ecu unhappy

Unported the 95mm is a better design than the stocker anyway

The 95 mm will be best at WOT, but still lacks behind our 91 mm (effective) at part throttle. If you want the best of both worlds in a 95 mm give us a month or so, we are about to release our modified version of the 95 mm with both, better response and increased WOT flow area. You'll need calibration though.
